As a Small Business Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of new and established Growth Specialist (Account Executives) in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. This role is only available to candidates that reside in Toronto or Quebec.Β We welcome remote candidates but also offer the option to work out of our downtown Toronto office.
You are a leader, mentor, and team player with the ability to inspire your team to close deals at high velocity in a growing market. You are a self-starter with the drive to help your team quickly build a strong pipeline of new business and guide them toward deal closure. You possess strong business value presentation skills, are comfortable presenting at all organizational levels, and can coach your team to do the same.
