How long does my job post stay live?
Every post is live for 30 days from the date it's published. You can edit or close it at any time during that window.
When do bundle credits expire?
Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Use them at any pace: back-to-back or spread out across the year.
Can I share credits with my team?
Yes. On the 5 and 10 job bundles credits are shared across your organization. Anyone with access to your company account can use them.
What's the difference between a highlighted and a pinned post?
A highlighted post gets a colored background row that makes it stand out visually as candidates scroll. A pinned post stays fixed at the top of the board for the full 30 days, so it's always the first thing candidates see.
Can I edit my job post after it goes live?
Yes, you can update the job title, description, requirements, and salary range at any time without restarting the 30-day clock.
Do you offer refunds?
Single posts are non-refundable once published. Unused bundle credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable. We don't offer refunds based on hiring outcomes.
