Lead Product Designer / User Experience / Usability Analytics

Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Designer / User Experience / Usability Analytics based in United States. This is a senior UX research leadership role focused on shaping digital experiences across web, mobile, in-store technologies, and emerging AI-enabled touchpoints. You will lead high-impact research from discovery through actionable recommendations, influencing product and design strategy across complex initiatives. The role combines rigorous qualitative research with quantitative and behavioral insights to uncover meaningful user needs. You will help evolve research practices through responsible AI-enabled tools while protecting participant trust, privacy, and data integrity. As a strategic thought partner, you will work closely with designers, developers, executives, and other cross-functional stakeholders. You will also mentor peers, advance research methodologies, and help build scalable knowledge-sharing practices across the organization.
