Especialista FrontEnd – Design System

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Especialista FrontEnd – Design System based in Brazil. In this role, you will provide technical leadership for a Design System that supports product teams across web and mobile platforms.You will help increase engineering and design productivity while creating a more consistent and accessible user experience.The position combines hands-on frontend development with architecture, governance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.You will work closely with designers and frontend engineers to establish scalable patterns, components, and standards.A key focus will be driving adoption and enabling product teams to contribute to and use the Design System autonomously.You will also act as a technical reference across the organization, identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce operational friction.This is an opportunity to influence frontend practices at scale while helping shape a high-quality, collaborative engineering environment.
