Design Lead (Expert)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Design Lead (Expert) based in Brazil. This is a senior design leadership opportunity focused on shaping end-to-end digital experiences for a large-scale retail and e-commerce transformation.You will define the UX/UI strategy across web and native mobile channels while creating a consistent, scalable design language.The role combines design leadership, enterprise design-system governance, conversion optimization, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.You will influence critical customer journeys including checkout, product discovery, search, loyalty, and mobile experiences.Working directly with stakeholders and designers, you will turn business objectives into user-centered solutions supported by research, testing, and data.You will also mentor teams, establish quality standards, and ensure designs are technically feasible and ready for implementation.This role is ideal for an experienced design leader who thrives in complex omnichannel environments and enjoys operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
