Lead the creative vision and growth strategy for an ambitious, internationally focused digital creative practice.This outward-facing role combines executive creative leadership with new business development, client relationships, and storytelling.You’ll shape bold concepts for high-level US brands and guide large-scale interactive experiences from pitch through launch.Working alongside an experienced production and development organization, you’ll turn ambitious ideas into technically sophisticated experiences.You’ll be a natural presenter and relationship-builder, inspiring senior stakeholders to embrace creative risks and new possibilities.The role also offers the opportunity to mentor emerging creative leaders and strengthen the broader creative culture.Success means elevating the creative profile of the organization while building a strong pipeline of high-value US client relationships.
