About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, hospitality-minded Workplace Events Coordinator to help bring OpenAI’s events to life at our San Francisco headquarters. You’ll support a wide mix of programs—from weekly internal gatherings and team moments to curated customer visits and cross-functional events. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company, own day-of logistics, and help ensure each event feels polished, welcoming, and thoughtfully executed. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, pays attention to the details, is a superb communicator and loves creating seamless, high-impact experiences for others.
