Transformation Leads Regional Manager

ABOUT THE TEAM OpenAI’s Transformation Leads help customers rethink what their business could do with AI. We work with executives and Heads of AI to build business reinvention roadmaps. For this, we provide Leadership Advisory and Collaborative Design support, with the objective to secure and accelerate new business models, including process redesign and culture change. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll manage our Transformation Leads in America West and personally advise senior customers at our Executive Briefing Center in San Francisco. You’ll help a leadership team work through a business or cultural question and leave with a decision they can act on. When the question calls for deeper work, you’ll design and own the workshop that follows. You’ll be based in San Francisco and meet customers across the US West region. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL - Lead executive workshops where leaders try AI on their own work, as they might with an AI chief of staff. In change workshops, bring the people who do the work together to redesign a process, question an incentive, or test a new offering.
