Team Lead, Sales Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Team Lead, Sales Operations based in the United States. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a fast-paced managed IT services environment.You will lead a sales operations team responsible for keeping quotes, orders, vendor relationships, and internal workflows moving efficiently.The role combines team leadership with direct involvement in quoting, sales support, data management, and process coordination.You will help sales teams stay organized by providing accurate forecasting, opportunity data, and timely operational support.Success requires strong prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm as requests and priorities change.You will also coach team members, strengthen processes, and build productive relationships with vendors, clients, procurement, and finance teams.The position is fully remote within the United States, with occasional after-hours updates and some travel.
