Alternative Formats Quality Coordinator

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, accessibility, and compliance of communications delivered in alternative formats.You will establish and maintain QA standards for accessible PDFs, electronic text, large print, Braille, audio, and other specialized formats.The position combines hands-on digital quality reviews with oversight of specialized vendor QA processes.You will work closely with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and internal specialists to identify issues and drive corrective actions.As a subject-matter expert, you will help ensure deliverables meet accessibility standards, contractual requirements, and client expectations.The role offers meaningful impact in a multicultural, remote environment where rigor, empathy, and continuous improvement are highly valued.You will also contribute to training, audits, vendor performance improvement, and the evolution of accessibility best practices.
