WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a Team Lead of Payments Operations to drive our payment strategy and lead a high-performing team consisting of Operations Specialists and Risk Prevention Managers. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our payment ecosystem, collaborating with Product and Tech teams. You will oversee the entire transaction lifecycle—from optimizing routing and cascading strategies to managing fraud prevention and risk mitigation. Your goal is to ensure a seamless, secure, and cost-effective payment experience while supporting the professional growth of your team and maintaining high-level relationships with global payment providers.
