Staff Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Designer based in India. This is a high-impact product design leadership opportunity focused on creating intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences for financial products. You will own design initiatives from discovery and research through interaction design, prototyping, visual execution, and implementation. The role combines strategic thinking with deep hands-on UX/UI craft, giving you the opportunity to shape products used by millions of people. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional partners to turn complex financial needs into simple, effective experiences. You will also influence design systems, accessibility standards, experimentation, and data-informed product decisions. As a senior design leader, you will mentor other designers and help raise the quality and consistency of product design across the organisation. This role is well suited to a designer who thrives in fast-paced product environments and wants their work to have measurable user and business impact.
