Senior Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in Spain. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape digital experiences designed to help people build healthier, more sustainable habits. You’ll work at the intersection of product design, behavioral psychology, AI, and gamification to create experiences that are both engaging and effective. Your work will influence the customer journey of a large-scale consumer product used by millions of people worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn behavioral insights, research, and data into innovative product solutions. AI will be a core part of the design process, rather than an optional feature layered onto the experience. This is an opportunity to challenge conventional approaches, experiment rapidly, and create meaningful experiences at significant global scale.
