Staff Performance Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Performance Marketing Manager based in Brazil. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on building multi-channel demand generation programs that accelerate Mid-Market audiences and priority accounts through the buying journey. You’ll own programs end to end, from strategy and campaign development through execution, testing, measurement, and optimization. The role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, ABM/ABX, marketing automation, analytics, and creative. You’ll use data and customer signals to identify funnel opportunities and turn them into measurable pipeline growth. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Analytics, Creative, Data Operations, and other cross-functional teams in a global technology environment. This is an opportunity to have meaningful influence on marketing strategy and execution while serving as a senior resource for other marketers.
