Growth Marketer

*** Please note that to qualify for this role, you must be located in Poland and hold a valid work permit. *** We’re looking for a T-shaped Growth Marketer who can identify and drive opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion across the website, customer journey and growth campaigns. A major part of the role is shaping how our website works as a growth channel: how we communicate our value, structure key journeys and help users move towards the next step. This is a hands-on role combining customer insight, data, UX, CRO, content, messaging and campaign strategy.
