Sr Provider Support Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Provider Support Specialist based in United States. This senior provider-support role serves as a key escalation point within a fast-paced healthcare operations environment.You will resolve complex, non-routine provider questions and ensure issues remain owned through final resolution.The role requires close coordination across credentialing, licensing, clinical leadership, quality, IT, scheduling, and customer success teams.You will operate with significant autonomy while applying sound judgment around compliance, policy, and operational exceptions.Beyond resolving individual requests, you will identify recurring issues and help improve workflows, documentation, and support processes.You will also mentor other Provider Support Specialists and help raise the quality and consistency of the broader team.This is a remote, provider-facing position with scheduled evening, weekend, holiday, and escalation coverage.
