Our partner is looking for a Sr. Marketing Design Lead (Start up Healthtech) based in United States. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad ownership across a fast-moving healthtech marketing organization.You’ll lead the visual craft across social, digital, web, email, sales enablement, events, and print.The role combines hands-on design execution with strategic input, allowing you to shape briefs, creative direction, and scalable production systems.A distinctive part of the position is building AI-assisted creative workflows that help non-designers produce high-quality, on-brand materials.You’ll also develop design systems, manage external creative partners, and maintain a consistently high visual standard across channels.Working closely with marketing, sales, customer success, product marketing, and external partners, you’ll help turn complex healthcare concepts into compelling creative.This is a fully remote opportunity for a designer who thrives on variety, autonomy, experimentation, and building systems that enable great work at scale.
