THE OPPORTUNITY Join the Enterprise Products team to build the intelligent automation engine that powers Hinge Health's growth. We don't just build features; we build "harnesses"—reusable, AI-driven solutions that scale our engineering velocity and operational efficiency. In this role, you will architect and ship critical internal platforms (like Client Hub and Ops Hub) while pioneering the use of autonomous agents to refactor code, generate tests, and streamline workflows. You will play a pivotal role in transforming how we deliver care by integrating AI deeply into our development lifecycle and business operations. WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH - In your first 3 months: You will dive into our tech stack (NestJS, TypeScript, React, Kafka) and ship your first features for the Client Hub or Ops Hub platforms.
