ServiceNow Solution Architect — HAM/SAM

This role leads the architecture and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions focused on Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and broader IT Asset Management (ITAM).You will translate complex business needs into scalable, sustainable architectures that improve asset visibility, governance, compliance, and technology investment decisions.As a trusted technical advisor, you will work directly with clients and delivery teams throughout discovery, design, implementation, deployment, and optimization.The role spans ServiceNow capabilities including HAM, SAM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, ITSM, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Procurement.You will shape data strategies and integrations across enterprise platforms, endpoint-management tools, procurement systems, ERP environments, and discovery sources.Working across architects, developers, project managers, and stakeholders, you will provide technical leadership while ensuring high-quality, measurable delivery outcomes.This is an opport...
