Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor(a) Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Integrações & IA) based in Brazil. This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-grade solutions combining Microsoft Dynamics 365, cloud technologies, system integrations, and artificial intelligence.You will design, develop, customize, and evolve solutions across Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft ecosystem.The role has a strong integration focus, connecting business platforms with ITSM tools and corporate systems.You will also contribute to intelligent automation using technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and AI Builder.The position involves close collaboration with business, architecture, AMS, and operations teams.You will help transform service management and customer-facing processes through scalable digital solutions.This is a fully remote, hands-on role requiring dedicated availability and strong technical ownership.
