ServiceNow Practice Leader

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Practice Leader to oversee and grow a global professional services practice. In this senior leadership role, you will act as the practice's general manager, with full responsibility for business performance, profitability, talent development, and delivery excellence. You will drive strategic growth by expanding the service portfolio, supporting sales opportunities, and strengthening relationships with clients and technology partners. Working across global teams and time zones, you will lead workforce planning, recruitment, learning, and certification initiatives. You will also ensure high-quality delivery through proactive risk management, governance, and continuous improvement.
