Our partner is looking for a Senior UX Researcher, Field & Consumer Research based in the United States. As a Senior UX Researcher, you’ll shape product strategy across both professional and consumer experiences within a rapidly evolving technology environment.You’ll research the needs of trade professionals as well as the homeowners and consumers who interact with the services they provide.Your work will span generative and evaluative research, field studies, usability testing, and strategic discovery.You’ll turn complex behavioral insights into clear recommendations that influence product roadmaps, workflows, and design priorities.The role combines hands-on research with research strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring.You’ll also help scale research capabilities by coaching designers and product managers to conduct effective self-service studies.This is a high-impact opportunity to influence category-defining products through deep customer understanding and evidence-based decision-making.
