Senior Support Specialist, Ads

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Support Specialist, Ads based in Canada. This is an opportunity to help build and scale advertiser support within a rapidly evolving AI and advertising environment. You’ll own complex advertiser cases involving ads products, policies, reviews, enforcement decisions, and operational processes. The role combines investigative problem-solving, customer advocacy, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll turn frontline support insights into better guidance, tooling, workflows, and product experiences. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Policy, Legal, Data Science, and Go-To-Market teams to resolve recurring issues and improve systems. By using AI, automation, and emerging technologies, you’ll help redefine high-quality support for an AI-native ecosystem.
