We are hiring a Product Manager, Billing to lead the product and systems work behind how Konnect makes money: entitlements, metering, checkout, invoicing, provisioning, and the enterprise and marketplace motions that surround them. In this role you are the product owner of Konnect's commercial operating layer: the systems that translate what Sales sells and what customers use into what ends up on an invoice. That means plan and entitlement design, the usage metering pipeline, self-serve checkout and subscription lifecycle, customer organization and billing admin experiences, enterprise billing workflows (CPQ sync, custom contracts), and cloud marketplace billing.
