About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve two critical products at Figure - our partner dashboard and lead portal and our internal tools dashboard for the Operations and Support teams. These platforms power how partners, loan officers, and internal teams operate our mortgage lending and servicing businesses every day.
You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for both product areas - improving workflow efficiency, usability, and performance while transforming them into more proactive, insight-driven tools that surface alerts, recommendations, and next-best actions.
As the subject matter expert on these users, you’ll translate frontline feedback, support tickets, and usage data into clear priorities and measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring strong product judgment and execution rigor.
What You’ll Do
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partner Lead Portal dashboard - the primary surface through which Figure’s partners and loan officers originate HELOCs and DSCR loans. Shift the Lead Portal from a passive “pull” experience to a proactive “push” experience by surfacing insights, notifications, and recommended actions.
