Senior Product Enablement Manager

As the first Sr. Product Enablement Manager at Vanta, you'll be the architect of how our GTM teams learn, understand, and articulate Vanta's product value and capabilities to customers. You'll design and deliver enablement programs that translate product strategy into field readiness, drive product adoption, and directly impact revenue outcomes. This is a senior IC role that will own the full lifecycle of product enablement for both presales and post sales GTM — from discovery and curriculum design, rigorous program management, through delivery, measurement, and continuous iteration.
