Senior Product Designer, Web Tools

Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Web Experience Design team and help shape the next generation of AI-powered experiences on Toast's marketing website — from intelligent chatbots to personalized visitor journeys.

As a Senior Product Designer on our Web Experience Design team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Web Experience Design, you'll design customer-facing AI features that help prospects find the right information faster, get their questions answered, and feel a more tailored connection to Toast throughout their journey. You'll partner closely with Web Strategy, Web Engineering, Marketing, and our AI/ML partners to bring these experiences to life.
