The Role We're seeking an experienced Senior Paid Search Manager to lead strategy and execution across sophisticated enterprise accounts within Wpromote's growing B2B practice. This individual contributor (IC) role will serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping drive performance through thoughtful planning, hands-on optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings experience managing complex paid search programs within agency environments and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You'll oversee enterprise search initiatives across multiple campaigns, products, and audiences while partnering closely with Client Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and other channel teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, HR/payroll, cybersecurity, cloud technology, or other B2B organizations is strongly preferred. Preferred candidates will be located in PT or CT time zones to support team and client collaboration; ET candidates will also be considered for the right fit.
