Position Summary

At CVS Health, our ambition is to be America’s most trusted health care company by simplifying health care for all. We live our values by showing compassion and empathy, operating with transparency and integrity, innovating with purpose, and prioritizing safety and quality in all we do.

CVS Health is transforming its approach to sports sponsorships, leveraging marquee partnerships as strategic enterprise assets to strengthen our brand and drive business impact. As Senior Manager, Enterprise Sports Sponsorships, you will serve as the day-to-day lead for CVS Health’s soccer partnerships, translating strategy into high-impact, integrated activation plans that deliver measurable results.

This is a critical role within a growing and high-impact team, owning execution across a portfolio that includes the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF), and NWSL club teams. You will ensure partnerships are fully activated, contractually maximized, and aligned with enterprise objectives, while bringing CVS Health’s brand vision and values to life through creative, innovative, and impactful activations.

This is a remote or hybrid role depending on location and open to candidates based in the US only.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Ownership & Activation Planning:

Lead end-to-end execution of the soccer sponsorship portfolio, translating strategic direction into comprehensive, year-long activation plans that deliver against brand and business goals. Clearly prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment to enterprise objectives.

Partnership & Contractual Management:

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for league, federation, and team partners, including NWSL, USSF, and club teams. Ensure all contractual rights and assets are fully leveraged, executed with excellence, and optimized to maximize value.

Integrated Activation & Brand Storytelling:

Develop and execute creative activation concepts that bring CVS Health’s brand purpose and values to life. Find innovative ways to maximize partnership platforms and elevate storytelling across Brand, Media, and Communications channels.

Project Management & Delivery:

Lead activation initiatives from planning through execution, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and agency management. Provide clear, strategic direction to agency and external partners—challenging thinking, driving accountability, and ensuring best-in-class work that aligns to strategy and delivers against objectives.

Measurement & Performance Tracking:

Track performance against defined KPIs and support implementation of sponsorship measurement frameworks. Analyze results and identify opportunities to optimize effectiveness and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as a strong collaborator and team player across Marketing, Enterprise Brand, Communications, Insights, and other teams to ensure sponsorships are fully integrated and aligned with broader enterprise initiatives.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

Bring forward new ideas, emerging trends, and innovative approaches to enhance the impact of the soccer portfolio. Continuously seek opportunities to evolve activations, improve partner value, and differentiate CVS Health in the marketplace.
