Senior HR Operations Specialist

About the Role: As a Senior HR Operations Executive, you’ll drive innovation and efficiency across Mindvalley’s global HR processes. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensure compliance, and champion the use of AI and automation to elevate the employee experience. Your expertise will shape how we scale, streamline, and continuously improve our people operations. Responsibilities: - Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and contract renewals - Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and company policies - Manage and optimize HRIS data, reporting, and documentation - Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging AI and automation tools - Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Legal - Manage relationships with external HR service providers (payroll, benefits, visas) - Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure operational excellence - Lead or support HR technology projects and change initiatives - Provide timely, people-centric support to team members at all levels What success looks like : - Within 90 days, you’ve mapped and improved ...
