Senior GTM Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior GTM Engineer based in United States. This is a high-impact engineering role at the intersection of software development and go-to-market strategy. You’ll build production-grade systems that help Sales and Growth teams identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential accounts more effectively. The role combines engineering, data, automation, and experimentation to solve complex customer acquisition challenges. You’ll work directly with commercial leaders and teams to uncover workflow friction and turn business needs into scalable technical solutions. Your work will include internal tools, data pipelines, integrations, account signals, and automated workflows. The environment is fast-paced and ownership-driven, with significant autonomy to prototype, measure results, and turn successful experiments into durable systems.
