ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own how our mobile product gets built and shipped. This role sits at the intersection of product delivery and technical coordination — equally responsible for keeping a senior, founder-led team aligned and for ensuring that what we build actually ships on time, in the right order, at the right quality. You will own the full delivery flow: sequencing, prioritization, dependency resolution, and the release timeline across mobile, backend, analytics, and QA. You'll have a real say in what we build next alongside the CEO and Chief Creative Officer, and you'll bring the standing to make prioritization calls stick.The ideal candidate has shipped consumer mobile products on iOS and Android in a startup or founder-led environment, brings genuine product judgment — not just process management — and is confident enough to push back when something doesn't make sense.
