Senior Engagement Manager

The Senior Engagement Manager will lead the development and optimization of sophisticated fraud prevention and detection strategies across the customer lifecycle, from application and account onboarding to transaction monitoring. Combining strategic consulting, advanced analytics, and hands-on fraud strategy expertise, you will help financial institutions reduce fraud losses while maintaining seamless customer experiences. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating complex data and risk insights into actionable business strategies. Working across analytics, technology, operations, and client teams, you will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of fraud rules, models, and decisioning solutions.
