Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, Point of Care

Working in the Office of the Chief Medical Officer and reporting to the VP of Point of Care & Risk Stratification, the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, Point of Care, will lead day-to-day operations, partnerships, go-to-market efforts, and wraparound support services to maximize the impact of Aledade’s value-based care insights to our partner practices.  The team is looking for a high-output generalist with a strong business analyst toolkit, looking to rapidly take ownership of complex content with high visibility, working across multiple stakeholders. Candidates that thrive managing multiple deadlines on tight timelines and learning content quickly are best positioned to succeed; successful team members in the same function primarily have backgrounds in consulting and generalist healthcare strategy & operations roles. To start, the role will focus on scaling the impact of our risk adjustment and risk stratification insights and programs, to support appropriate care delivery and financial sustainability for our partner practices.
