POSITION SUMMARY:
Natera is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Director, Commercial Enablement –
Oncology to lead the data, analytics, and orchestration capabilities that power commercial excellence
across the Oncology business. This leader will be responsible for shaping and advancing data-driven
enablement strategies for Business Unit Marketing and Medical Affairs, while partnering closely with
Sales Operations, Corporate Marketing Analytics, Technology, and other cross-functional leaders
to improve commercial performance and decision-making.
This role will serve as a key connector across field and home-office teams, ensuring the organization has the right data inputs, vendor partnerships, workflows, and analytical frameworks to support effective omnichannel engagement.
