Senior Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Analyst based in Canada. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, and QA within a technology-driven environment. You will translate complex clinical research and business needs into clear, actionable requirements that development teams can confidently deliver. The role combines requirements elicitation, agile delivery, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management. You will help shape product direction by turning ambiguous challenges into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications. You will also support backlog prioritization, sprint ceremonies, UAT, and stakeholder sign-off throughout the delivery lifecycle.
