Senior Agentic Demand Generation Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Agentic Demand Generation Manager based in Canada. This is a hands-on senior individual-contributor role focused on building a new AI-enabled demand generation channel from the ground up. You will identify high-value audiences and buying signals, develop outreach programs, run experiments, and turn successful approaches into repeatable sources of incremental pipeline. With significant ownership, budget, and autonomy, you will shape the strategy while directly executing much of the work during the first year. You will collaborate closely with Marketing AI and Analytics specialists on data, scoring, automation, and technical infrastructure. The role is ideal for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and measures success through tangible commercial impact.
