What You’ll Do - Own the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle: capitalization, transfers, disposals, write-offs, and impairment assessments in accordance with US GAAP (ASC 360). - Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset subledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness against the general ledger. - Calculate and record monthly depreciation for all asset classes (GPU hardware, data center infrastructure, leasehold improvements, furniture & fixtures, and software). - Partner with Supply Chain and DC Ops teams to evaluate capital vs. expense treatment for new hardware and infrastructure purchases. - Prepare and review fixed asset roll-forward schedules, depreciation sche...
