This is a leadership role responsible for scaling payroll operations and customer implementations across Brazil.You will oversee end-to-end payroll execution while maintaining compliance, accuracy, service quality, and operational efficiency.The position combines people leadership with hands-on expertise in Brazilian payroll systems, regulations, and processes.You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, customers, and external stakeholders to support market expansion.A key focus will be building scalable processes, reducing manual errors, and introducing automation into payroll operations.You will lead and develop a high-performing team while monitoring KPIs, SLAs, quality, and delivery timelines.The role offers significant exposure to product development, customer experience, and the evolution of global payroll capabilities.
