This leadership role manages and develops a team of Commercial Claims Account Managers serving the Property & Casualty insurance market.You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer retention, strategic account expansion, and overall sales performance.The position combines people leadership with direct involvement in strategic customer relationships and high-value sales opportunities.You’ll work closely with insurance carrier executives and claims leaders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for technology, data, analytics, and workflow solutions.The role provides significant influence across account strategy, pipeline development, forecasting, talent development, and market expansion.You’ll collaborate with product, implementation, sales support, and solution teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.This is a nationwide remote opportunity with travel of up to 30% and a strong focus on commercial insurance claims expertise.
