We’re hiring an Account Executive to help grow our client base in the B2B SaaS sector. You’ll be driving deals from first contact to signing contracts. Success in the first 3–6 months means consistently meeting sales targets, closing high-value accounts, and developing a reliable stream of qualified leads. Key Responsibilities - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals - This is a phone heavy role, expect to spend most of your days cold calling (especially in the beginning) - Conduct discovery calls to present LatamCent’s nearshore recruiting solutions - Consult with clients to assess hiring needs and demonstrate service value - Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue, and value - Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of talent - Maintain and grow client relationships post-sale - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas Requirements - 1+ years of Account Executive experience with a USA company - Proven ability to take sales from prospecting to close - Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills ...
