Retention Strategist, Lifecycle Marketing

As a Retention Strategist, you will develop and execute data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that help ecommerce brands strengthen customer relationships, increase repeat purchases, and drive sustainable revenue growth. You will oversee the end-to-end management of email, SMS, loyalty, referral, and other customer retention programs, translating customer insights into personalized, high-performing campaigns. Working closely with clients in a fast-paced, performance-driven agency environment, you will own campaign strategy, content development, automation, testing, and reporting.
