Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in Canada. This is an opportunity to lead end-to-end software implementation projects for mission-driven organizations using a cloud-based platform.You will guide customers through onboarding, implementation, go-live, and transition while ensuring solutions align with their operational and strategic needs.The role combines project leadership, customer engagement, technical coordination, and solution delivery.You will work closely with customers and internal teams across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services.Your work will help organizations streamline grant-making processes, strengthen donor engagement, track program outcomes, and improve their overall impact.You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, resources, scope, risks, and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.This role offers meaningful autonomy, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to technology that supports social impact organizations.
