Tax Compliance Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tax Compliance Coordinator based in India. This role supports a U.S.-focused tax team in managing accurate and timely sales and use tax compliance activities. You will work with transaction and financial data, prepare recurring workpapers, maintain tax records, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual filings. The position is highly process-oriented, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, organization, and consistency rather than complex tax research. You will use systems such as Vertex to maintain tax information and support compliance processes. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with U.S.-based colleagues and external advisors across time zones. It is suited to a detail-focused professional who enjoys structured work, recurring processes, and maintaining high-quality documentation. The position is remote, with an expected visit to the Goa office for one week each quarter, provided performance requirements are being met.
