The Project Manager, Enterprise Pricing role is responsible for leading, planning, and executing cross‑functional projects to ensure successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to drive project goals, manage risks, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy. This individual will apply structured project management methodologies and strong communication skills to achieve consistent results.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners closely with key stakeholders across the business to support and strengthen the Enterprise Pricing vision
  • Working closely with Business Leads and their teams on, planning, and executing business activities for Enterprise initiatives
  • Delivering project status while actively managing risks, issues, and escalations for projects
  • Driving continuous improvement on delivery of projects
  • Analyzing and reviewing important metrics with regard to delivering project initiatives; reporting and making recommendations for improvements for new and existing processes

  • Ability to develop presentations, communications, and other tools to communicate project status, issues, and risks
  • Strong analytic skills and understanding of data-driven business decision making
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Adaptability & resilience

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management or related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or other project management certification.
  • Experience managing technology, process improvement, transformation, or pricing-related projects (customize based on your team).
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, cost‑benefit analysis, or budget management.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed environments.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
