THE OPPORTUNITY The Central Project Operations (CPO) team, embedded within Care Team Operations (CTO), provides specialized project management to Clinical Operations, Support, Member Operations, and Demand Enablement. Every time Hinge Health ships a new feature, launches a new program, or transforms how Operations works, it requires a dedicated resource to provide confidence, clarity, and rhythm to execution. This is the role of a CPO Project Manager. CPO PMs are responsible for coordinating complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution. They act as the bridge between Product and Operations for feature rollouts, implement new vendors, design and run operational experiments, roll out new care models and approaches, and identify opportunities to leverage AI automation across operational workflows.
