Production Support Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Production Support Engineer based in India. This role is focused on providing advanced technical support to enterprise customers across the APAC region.You will act as a key technical escalation point, troubleshooting complex issues across distributed systems and API-driven platforms.The position combines hands-on incident resolution with root cause analysis and continuous improvement of support processes.You will collaborate closely with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve recurring issues and improve system reliability.You will also contribute to technical documentation, internal tooling, automation, and scalable support practices.The environment is fully remote and globally distributed, with opportunities to work on cloud-native infrastructure and financial technology systems.The role requires strong technical judgement, communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise-level customers.
