Product Marketing, Messaging Lead

About the Team OpenAI’s B2B Marketing team helps businesses understand, adopt, and get value from our products. We work closely with Product, Research, Sales, and Communications to connect advances in AI to the problems organizations are trying to solve. About the Role We’re looking for a Messaging Lead to shape how businesses understand OpenAI and the value of our portfolio. You’ll develop a clear enterprise narrative, connect individual product stories to it, and help explain how AI is changing the way people and organizations work. You’ll work directly with senior leaders and technical teams to make difficult positioning decisions and turn them into work that customers, executives, and the field can use. You’ll be a hands-on writer and editor as well as a strategic partner, responsible for the quality and coherence of our most important business stories.
