This is a highly strategic design leadership role focused on shaping the future of AI-powered prospecting experiences.You’ll connect outbound prospecting, AI-driven lead qualification, and demand generation into a cohesive end-to-end experience.Working across product, engineering, and design teams, you’ll influence product strategy and establish a clear vision for a complex ecosystem.You’ll design systems rather than isolated screens, simplifying sophisticated workflows while preserving the needs of different users.The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to define emerging interaction patterns for agent-based and AI-powered experiences.You’ll also guide senior designers, build alignment across teams, and influence stakeholders at the highest levels of the organization.As the prospecting space evolves, you’ll have the freedom to identify new opportunities where your expertise can create the greatest impact.
