Principal Platform/Software Engineer

This is a senior, hands-on engineering role shaping the architecture and delivery of modern healthcare SaaS platforms.You will provide technical leadership across cloud infrastructure, full-stack engineering, DevOps, and production-grade AI capabilities.The role combines strategic architecture with hands-on development, including autonomous AI agents, LLM workflows, and multi-agent systems.You will lead complex technical initiatives, guide engineering teams, and influence platform and architectural decisions across the organization.Working closely with executive and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions.You will also champion automation, modern SDLC practices, continuous improvement, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies.This is an opportunity to have broad technical influence in a collaborative, remote environment while helping evolve critical healthcare technology.
